Git Contributing Template ​

Almost all open source projects will have a CONTRIBUTING.md file where new developers can get acquainted with how to contribute in a consistent and maintainable manner.

This document outlines a personally developed contributing guide, but it still a work in progress. For now, reference the NanoMQ contributing guide here for a good starting point.
